CANCELATION POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments and is stored securely with our merchant.
We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and we will do our best to be flexible in rescheduling appointments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice for haircut appointments and 48 hours for color appointments Cancelations under these time frames will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No show/no call appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
